Default Question about Stand Up Rods

I'm trying to find stand up rods with butt ferrules. Anyone have any helpful suggestions?

Fishing flea markets best bet , most current straight thru ! Some custom rod company still may build those models . Check various rod companies on line , may find several that do !
If your going to rail rod tuna make sure foregrip Is long with room to spare mounted on rail , to fight a fish .

Thanks. Looks like a lot of online picking about to find anything. Going to the Keys and the two stand-ups we have are 6 feet long. Haven't yet determined if it's really a problem getting the rod tube--stretched to about 82 linear inches--aboard United. The limit is 62 inches, but I asked them awhile ago about 72. They said 50-dollar fine. Maybe it's no more money for 82. Some big fish scout that reef edge....

Why not ship.to destination USPS or UPS may be easier and cheaper !

I've taken long rods with me before and I've always had to check them. They usually come out on the over-sized baggage carousel with golf clubs, skis and the like. And yes, you're likely going to have to pay $50 each way to check them...
