My problem is that this proposed rule is for publicly stocked rivers! Yes the very same rivers that you and i fish and that our trout stamps pay to stock fish with.

Why do they get to be special??? because members pay $17,000/year for access to private piece of property that a river runs through? i don't know about you but that is some serious expendable income which only the 1% can afford

I agree, I dont think the state should have sold land that sits on a public river in the first place.

It is BS that the trout we pay for through stamps can end up in their part of the river.

I just dont see anyway around that however.
