Key thing is to have a senko or similar rigged up on another rod. If a bass blows up on the frog but misses throw that right into the spot and let it sink...they will take it more times than not.

I always have a throw back lure ready to go regardless of what I am throwing. Senko and Keitchs are my go too.

Re Frogs: As other have stated I also have found better hookup ratios by bending the hooks up and out. Most come out of the packages with them pointing inward and away from the fishes mouth??
