![]() For the same task, Crazy Alberto steered me towards a St. Croix Mojo Bass conventional stick - the 8' Alabama Rig version. It was less than $150 at Tackle Direct.

![]() I have a Ugly Stick Tiger Lite 6'3" 4 to 7 oz and 50 to 100 lb. braid lying around. Would this be too heavy? It's a lot of bang for the buck.
