Shimano Trevala Medium Heavy or Heavy is a good one. I use a Medium heavy one with jigs up to 6oz

If by chance you are looking to have a rod built, the Rod Geeks, X COMP series, XC 732 is an awesome rod for fluking yet also has the back bone to double for Tog. Blank will run you @ $85....

For the same task, Crazy Alberto steered me towards a St. Croix Mojo Bass conventional stick - the 8' Alabama Rig version. It was less than $150 at Tackle Direct.

I'm using a Jigging World Black Demon for heavy fluke jigs (and tog (and chunking)) It's an extremely versatile rod.

The Black Demons are an excellent choice. I have built two sets for charter boats and they love them for all around use.
