I have them, and also have the cutting kind just incase i need to cut the hook in half. You're absolutely right, i had a hard time with one of them. It was a little stressful trying to get the treble hook out in time to throw the fish back in. I hear pickerel are pretty sensitive

A jaw spreader also comes in handy
