They'll hit large swim baits like you'd use for big bass. Grinder spinner baits $15 and a single paddle tail top water like a whopper Plopper $20 are the two more expensive ones I've had most luck with.

I never made it to the millstone but I work somewhat near it and wanted to check it out, just haven't yet.
