only way to cook a toothed flatfish is whole in my opinion but all i do is catch big fluke
 but the fluke on the grill actually was good according to the peeps i cooked it for put it in foil with lemon & olive oil & cooked it for like 12 minutes at a low temp, the crabmeat & lemon helped keep it moist
