Great weather, I'm finally coming out of the AC, July and August are slow fishin' days for me. I'm ready for some false albacore and bonito now.
The trees are already starting to unload, you may not see in in your own back yard but you sure as heck see it when you float through the woods.

Quite a few leaves on the water today on the big D in the Phillipsburg area today. Trees turning color as well.
Lots of hungry SMB and Channel cats as well, all on live shiners. My best day so far this year  Now is the time to fish hard.
