give pete a call. 516-635-8452 He goes by Leprauchan on noreast.com site He does alot of low gear ratio swaps on reels and is a wealth of info. Let him know Alex (MVP) recomended you call him as I am sure he will give you the info you are looking for and will do the work for you if it can be done Alex

On further inspection, the LD20HS is just a redesigned Saltiga 20 which has 5.4:1 gear ratio. Might wait to see what next years Saltiga looks like....of which I already own 2. Haha!
Thanks for the heads up Alex. Might pick Pete's brain soon on a Newell conversion.
