the fact that there is an provision in the new rules that allows them to fish publicly stocked rivers on their private club property when the season is closed for the rest of us is total BS...just another instance of the 1% trying to make a public resource their own...this is a give away to some connected individuals.....

if you are a 99%er i would encourage you to write FGW and oppose this proposed rule
