Default Flipper is Back

On the way down the Shrewsbury River on Saturday we were entertained by a number of dolphin swimming in our wake. There were several small pods of three to four mammals. In total, there were about ten to twelve individuals. If McLoons Restaurant was open for breakfast, you could have been treated to a show. I'm guessing the warm water and perhaps bunkers lured them in.

3 weeks ago on the Angler on Sunday there was a large pod of 12-15 swimming of the rift in Sandy Hook. There was bunker all over and am sure they left full.
