Default Kayak report - hybrids

Fished two days this past week targeting the striped ones. Action was decent the first day. I slow trolled shiners and picked up two smallies, largemouth and two hybrids missing a couple bites. Doubled up on both rods at one moment but one came unbuttoned. On the second trip using herring I got a nice hybrid in the first couple of minutes but after the one had many missed hits. The fish would hit the bait, pull it momentarily and spit it out. Managed one smaller one near the end of the day.

Just wondering if they were 2 of 52 hybrids (needles) stocked in the 625 acre Splitrock Res. (haystack).

Probaly not.
