PB Largemouth in Newport RI

Drove up to Newport RI on Friday night. After multiple cups of coffee to keep me awake during the long drive I found that I couldn't fall asleep. With everyone else in bed there was only one thing for me to do...go fishing! I got to the Reservoir down the street from my Mom's house Around midnight. By 12:30 I had caught a new PB, my first LMB over 20"/5 lbs. I didn't have a scale with me but based on a shoe that is exactly 12" Long I estimated the fish at 21". Fish was caught on a 1/4 oz green pumpkin jig with a lizard trailer. It was a great weekend of fishing!
