Hey Skipper, what's with this FRTC I keep hearing about? Must be some government spy agency trying to come up with new fish regulations
Are you kidding!?!? No that's the Forked River Tuna Club, and they are hosting a Fisherman's Flea market tomorrow! In fact my cousin, Davy Jones will be there selling Fish Poison rods, used rods and tackle.
