Down Deep Bull - 9/1 Fluke & quick bailjob . . . . . .
Thursday, Capt. Tom & Gene ran a 6 am open boat Jumbo Ocean Fluke trip for a great crowd of new and returning guys. Needless to say with the conditions at hand, this trip wasn't going ocean bound. So we grinded it out locally and the trip produced a handful of beautiful keeper Fluke with short action mixed in. Made a quick drop towards the end of the trip and made a few more first timers get in on insane Porgy fishing. Nice to have this fishery to fall back on when you can't get where you need to be. Thank you to everyone for sailing with us and all others booking Seabass, Jumbo Tog and Striped Bass trips going forward. We shall see what the weekend brings. Be safe.
