corn meal pickerel pic

Caught 2 pickerel to 19" with my homemade corn meal bait on a #8 treble hook yesterday evening in the Millstone River. The second one hit my bait on the surface as I was reeling in to leave. The first one was on the end of my line after I missed a bite, then started to reel in. Looks like they will hit anything that moves. They like the color yellow.
