Lady m charters / open boat
(Sunday 6-19) Today we had a charter for Frankie and the boys for the last day of Sea Bass fishing and it was super fishing.We took a long steam to try to find the jumbos for the boys and we did. As soon as they hit bottom almost every rod was bent over with Sea Bass or a nice Ling. The boys had up and down fishing for the next two and half hours to they got their 8 man limit plus a nice bunch of Ling and a nice keeper Cod.
(Monday) This A.M we ran a open boat Fluke trip and it was a tough day. We got out to the grounds and were greeted with very little wind and no drift.Everyone knows with no wind or current equals no drift which is the curse of death for Fluking. We did bump the boat in and out of gear for some movement. We tried several areas and picked some keepers and shorts. Alex was HH with three a few guys had two keepers and down from there. Our next Fluke trip will be in the ocean.
