no eyes but other stuff!!!

fished with my son and ice badger last nite.fished from 8pm till 10:30pm{early night}.no eyes but some fired up rock bass,crappie and white perch.all fish caught in the dark on husky jerks and clear image lures.some of those rock bass were really smashing the lures.lake was flat calm and you could see the bait on top for a long ways.nothing in it but plenty of it.

Bait like that is just as aggravating as when the larger predators are going ballistic on them and you can't get a single one to strike a plug or top water!

At least you salvaged a few fish! Good stuff

The rockies have been crazy aggressive the past couple of trips and were attacking a 1/2 oz spinner bait as large as they are....

going to bring the ultra light next trip and do a little rock bassing while I am awaiting the eyes to show.

Wondered how you'd do after seeing you in passing. I've never caught a rock bass there. Made me wonder if now we're talking code for hybrids!

no sir,rock bass have always been very active this time of year on lh.like the perch and crappie runs they have there time too.around memorial day till the 2nd week in june they are very active.
