Fisher Price IV 4/23 AM / PM Stripers
AM - We ran our open boat trip this morning and with one throw the wells were full. Had action immediately putting 4 nice fish in the box before the boat traffic killed it. Had to keep bouncing around but we managed to land 8 keeper bass and 2 shorts for the morning to 24 lbs (only retaining legal limit).
PM - This afternoon was another great trip. Reloaded the wells and headed right to where we had them this morning. With less boats out in the afternoon the fishing was about as good as it gets. The crew went to work and managed to land 30 keeper seized bass to 32 lbs , (only keeping legal limit) and releasing the rest to fight another day. Was very good to also be catching them on swimming plugs.
