Default Bird n' Brids

Had the pleasure of spending the first half of Thanksgiving on the water with FastEddie and his newly reincarnated boat. Met Eddie at the launch at 7am and began scanning a few areas. I picked up 1 short Walleye in the process but couldn't find the motherload. MikeyTopaz met us out there and between the two boats, we found some fish and stayed on then. After a while, we lost track of how many fish made their way into the net. Lots of double and even triple headers. Average fish seemed to be 22.5", with some schoolies and some bigger fish up to 24.5" mixed in. Highlight of the day was me and Eddie both hooking up almost simultaneously, only to net one fish and seeing BOTH of our hooks in its mouth!
We called it a day at 11:45am, leaving them biting. Family, friends and fish, this is what I am thankful for!
