FISHERMEN/Thursdays Fluke Fishing Report

I certainly wasn't happy with the start to the morning with a good North wind and incoming tide. The only place to fish and find conditions was the bay. Had a few fish to start but I knew this wasn't for me! Left the area after it didn't show much promise. Worked through the last of the incoming, when we finally got the outgoing...Bite turned on and we slugged away the rest of the day.
Despite the roll the past couple of days in the ocean, we did manage to find our comfort zone and landed some nice Fluke.
Kelly had a beauty for the pool at 6.11 pounds. 11 year old Logan had his A game on today schooling the old timers with 3 nice keepers and several shorts.
Alan landed a couple beauties along with several others who had 3 nice keepers by days end. Bait was the ticket today even though the pool fish was caught on a Spro.
