Default Seahawk keyport - weekend fluke window

three of us headed out saturday morning determined to have a better day fluking than last sunday! we started off pretty fast with john's small keeper in the boat and brent (aka jimmy houston) let a nice keeper flop away before the net got it haha. after that it turned to very slow fluking with some shorts and tons of dogs, so we took that time to give jimmy a hard time about the lost keeper.

we jumped to a few different spots but mostly found hordes of dogs even into the bay. jimmy piled in the shorts basically doubling john and myself with fluke but just couldn't get a keeper. We finally got on a good drift and boated 6 more keepers within a small window! I pulled in 3 keepers quickly, 3.5 lbs being the biggest and john nailed another one. Jimmy finally put 2 keepers in the boat right before we were bullied out of our spot by one of the large party boats. It was too short of a drift to rotate around, but oh well.

49 fluke in total with 7 keepers and enough dogfish to start a few football teams. Pink high teasers were the ticket catching most of the fish and most of the keepers.
