Major AJ
I had Jim Monti and Chris Biafore out today with their kids, we filled a bucket full of bottom fish, got 1 shark, 1 mahi and this 51 lb Amberjack.

Other than the "knot of spaghetti" (worms) near the tail, AJ is quite good any number of ways you cook it.....JC
