matt and jeff lance bluefin trip 7/26/14

capts jimmy gahm and dave bender took matt and jeff lance from coopersburg,pa out for a bluefin trip, we told the boys that it had really slowed up but they had great attitudes and wanted to have a nice day on the water. after hours of searching we got the bites we were waiting for, we came tight on two big fish. both guys set up and were working their fish when a ##$$%% in another boat came too close and cut off jeff's fish, so the boys actually both fought the one we did manage to catch which was about 80 plus pounds.
we had only one other mystery bite as the ballyhoo came back bit in half. the boys had a great time as did jimmy and i and we will see them again perhaps next time in the canyons.

Great job Dave and Jimmy!!!! You did as usual better than most. That stinks about the other fish I will see you weather permitting on 9-21/22 looking forward to it. It will be impossible to top the last 2,3 even 4 last trips on the Jenny Lee with you. But, you always seems to do it. I thinks it's all about the the great effort you put forth and the JDF mojo helps.
