Golden Eagle - Very Good Bluefishing
A very good day of BLUEFISING today. Early in the day the BLUES were on top and it was complete chaos with 20 to 40 fish on at a time. Then the day settled down to where we would pick at the fish on each drift. Sometimes a few fish on, sometimes 8 to 12 on at a time.
All the fish were caught on Run Off Hammer jigs or Croc's.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) will be a BASS & BLUES day so be prepared for everything.
The GOLDEN EAGLE sails daily for STRIPERS & BLUES at 7:30am from Belmar Marina.
Night BLUES Friday & Saturday nights, May 30 & 31.
