I can't believe these guys. Honestly the commercial fisherman and the whales are the biggest problems our eco system has. Whales eat tons and tons of these bait fish while commercial fisherman load up their nets and supply the markets. Now I am not saying lets start killing whales because people would have a fit, but commercial fishermen (netters, draggers) need to be regulated not us rod and reel guys who are lucky to fill a bucket or small cooler of these bait fish on a full day trip.
