Wilhousky St. Launch open?

Was looking to kayak the Millstone Sunday, from Manville up to the Blackwells Mills dam . Wondering if anyone knows if its possible to reach the launch on Wilhousky St. with the bridge being repaired.

Ya you can get to the launch no problem. I live in Manville and just parked at the boat launch a couple days ago to go mountain bike the canal path.
