Fisher Price IV Weekend Striper Reports
Friday 10/18 - Headed out on our open boat trip. Left a little later than normal due to the wind. Made our way through the bay and got set up where we had the fish earlier in the week. Had to wait for the tide and only had two shorts. Made a short move and as soon as the baits hit the water, we landed a nice 20 lb fish and a half dozen shorts and then it ended. One more stop and the guys were able to land another 10 shorts.
Saturday 10/19 - Headed out this morning with Bon, Dom, Sal, Kevin, Greg and John and had a great day of jigging bass and blues. The guys had over 60 blues to 21 lbs and landed 10 stripers with the two biggest hitting 35 and 36 lbs. Sunday 10/20 - Was a tough day for us today. The guys battled the wind all day and jigged their asses off. Was able to land one keeper bass, around 8 blues to 18 lbs and 4 short bass.
