Party Boat Angler Wednesday Fluke Report
I took an hour ride out of the shut this morning knowing it would be no good where we have been fishing. We had fish right away but there were only a few keepers mixed in but there were some jumbo sea bass. Bill Chiavirrini from Piscataway had the hot combo of big pink and white gulp grubs. He put everyon to shame and had his limit by 10:30. There were plenty of fluke where we were but we were loosing the drift so I steamed back to the channel where we had good action yesterday. It took a while for the drift to get good where we could hold a line and had a steady pick of fluke but most went back. I did not see the nice fish we had yesterday. I left the pool winners name on the boat but I have his picture. If you read this please let us know. We have been rain free leaving at 7:00 AM so don't let the threat of a thunder storm keep you away.
