Default Why must people slaughter bass???

Whats up guys . Im truely discusted by the actions ive seen take place these past couple of weeks.. as you all know the bass bite has been on fire. It sickens me to see peopls catch fish and call friends to come pick up the fish they have caught just to get more.. do you really need 10 fish? And I see yhe same people everyday catchinv and killinv all these bass. Even if you only keep your limit daily..let a few go!!!!!!! Ive caught over 20 keepers this spring anf every single bass was released .. think about our fishing future!

I agree. I eat every fish I am allowed to keep. I don't advocate people dropping off fish and getting more, but if the law said i could keep 1 bass, I would keep 1. The law says I can keep 2 and a 3rd if I bust the piggybank for $2. As long as the person is doing something legal, they have the same right to enjoy them on the table as you do enjoying them swim away. Neither group is better/worse than the other.

TRT, Like my friend BD said "because they can". Release all you want ! Set an example . If these 10%ers are breaking the law and it bothers you that much just drop a dime on them . Rat on um ! Seeing something and not doing anything about it is just as bad as doing it yourself.

Smoked striper dip, striper cakes, striper chowda,baked,grilled,fried...and many others- it's a great meat and texture

I like smoking stripers more than marlboros!
