Default hudson River Saturday

Keeper size stripers @Hudson River Alpine basin under tough windy, rough conditions in the AM. 6lb+ cats too. 1- 18" flounder caught on bunker..time to move south to the RB beaches next week. see 'ya all later, Robbie

are you accually fishing alpine? I have tried to get in there but its been closed from the southern roads? also what tied is best in that area?

It is the last one w/ the boat basin. You need to pass the palisades police barracks and go down the hill. It is open from sunrise to sunset..

You caught a flounder on bunker? How did it the bait fit in its mouth? Bunker does not cut well in small pieces to fit in tiny flounder mouths. At least for me .
