Fresh and sliced not too thin!! Super hot horse radish (which I get in Trenton but it's made in Morrisville Pa where I grew up but haven't ever found the source yet! Still trying) or the wasabi paste you find in the Acme or Wegmans! Small green tube in the Asian section about $3.50 but not the stuff in the small jar!! Same manufacturer but not nearly as strong! A slice of red onion and BINGO! Cod,sea bass, tog, fluke, ling, striper just not bluefish!!

Bleed em n eat em!! Where's the wasabi n soy at, I keep it in our go-to box, which has the emergency essentials, spark plugs, wood plugs, nerf ball duct, silicone, and electrical tape, first aid, wire, and crimps, filter, distilled water and tools, with many other- go-to things ... This is my life... Live it,learn it, love it!!!

bring your own stuff, CLEAN bucket to bleed fish, own CLEAN filet knife, own CLEAN cutting board. Never eat any fish raw that came off a boat's cutting board or cleaned with their knives...

EXACTLY!! I PREFER TO BRING HOME UNLESS IT'S A COOLER FULL!! I have a few of the 6+ buckets I get for my pool chlorine! I even bring ice extra for the bucket!! Throw em in the bucket and let um almost die then in the ice filled cooler!!Also makes easier cleaning of your cooler!!I don't know how many times I've seen coolers so filthy it almost made me sick!!
