Default Keyport ramp

Anyone know if the keyport ramp is open yet. I may try and launch the shrimp this weekend. Wondering where to launch from.

The ramp is open but the floating docks are not in. It's a two man job to launch with out the floaters but can be done as long as it's not low tide.

People use the ramp year round.

Was down at the keyport ramp yesterday....Because of the moon phase the tide was very low. I doubt that ramp will be useable at low tide since there are no floating docks in yet. Not sure how you would be able to launch the boat and retrieve the person in the tow vehicle from land. High tide might be a different story since the pit for the ramp should have more water in it.
