4 More True Giants Yesterday on Canyon Runner - All 90" - Sunday is Open

Guys - it's always hard to describe just how good this fishing is in NC but in the last 2 days we caught 15 bluefin and 10 of them have been 85-100". True giants up to 600 pounds! Yesterday on the 60 Ritchie Canyon Runner Capt. Mark had a slow day of fishing - 4 for 6 on 400 pound bluefin!!!! I believe 3 trolled and 1 on a popper.

If someone put up a report like this in December out of NJ people would be going nuts but I guess out of sight, out of range, out of mind a little. Well - the fishing in NJ that everyone got all excited about is nothing compared to this. 30 miles and you are into fish - the only reason we ONLY caught 15 is we are fishing light tackle. We are basically fighting these fish all day long and would catch 30 in 2 days if we were trolling 130s!

If you have your own boat get down there! If you don't - we have Sunday open on the 48 Viking and MOnday on the 60 Ritchie - discounted if you take the whole boat because of the charter having to cancel due to a death in the family. Open boat spots are $400/person.
