Two people 'somehow' fall into Passaic....
Out for a stroll in the woods at night when its snowing and about 20F? Like to see the results of their blood tests...

Are you sure because I think they were not smart at all doing it. One, 20 degrees is not cold enough for a big river to be frozen. Two, never walk on a river at night. Worst time to do it.
