1-29-13 We made our way out today with decent gang who was taking advantage of some very nice weather for January.....Flat calm ocean for the most part,,a small swell from the Se was about the only thing moving us around...Fishing was good again for us as a whole...All around the boat we had a mixed bag of fish and different individual catches..Some guys targeted Blackfish all day and caught em...High hooks had limit of Togs plus...some had three,two,one etc....Biggest of the day went about 10lbs.I would guess as you can see in the first picture below..A nice big male.Probably gonna be tough to beat for the pool but we also have some nice Codfish onboard as well..One Cod went between 15-20lbs,but was only in the 5dollar pool so the Tog might take the 10 after all..We also had some other nice Codfish as well as you can see in the pics..Ling fishing was just fair...Some guys had 8-10 but most had between 3-6 ling mixed in with either some Blackfish or maybe a Cod as well..Actually I believe Phil had a Triple Crown(keeper Tog,Cod,and Ling..)Overall as a whole a decent trip..Check out the pics,,,,Tomorrow I think we are going to get the day in so I will see you in the morning...Winds and rain will hopefully hold off until late in the day...Its gonna be pretty warm regardless..
