Default Question for AndyS, Lard Almighty, other GoPro Users

I have seen you guys in your pics wearing gopro cameras, so that is why I singled you out But anyone who knows, feel free to reply.

I just got one of these earlier in the week, and I am wondering if anyone knows how to pull still pics out of video, and which software you are using to do it. I have been using gopro cineform, but can't figure out how to pull stills. Thanks

Uggggh, I'm lucky I can take video and post it. Lost the directions to mine and I forgot how to turn it on I'm a hack. Best to ask Lard, and check some of the GoPro sites.

Just do a Google search for getting screen caps from video. There are plenty of tech forums out there with really good step-by-step instructions. That's how I learned.
