Donde Esta FAT Granny Bass????

I fish at the Oradell Reservoir - only shore fishing as no boat is allowed. I shouldn't complain since I have been catching bass - but they are all small (probably less than a pound). Where are the big FAT UGLY Grandma Bass? Did they already move to the deep water?

I've had success catching fish about two pounds working deeper water slow and on the bottom. The smaller ones that I've caught have been next to shore.
