![]() Looked like chocolate milk today. I added a flourescent orange 1/8" piece of foam ahead of my butterworm today. An original trick I came up with a couple years ago. The bright orange color foam serves two purposes. It floats the bait up from the bottom and is visable in discolored water. No one around me caught anything today except me. Six nice brown trout in two hours. I was happy with that considering the conditions.

![]() Way to think outside the box. I love trying new techniques when fishing, especially for trout. I love the bemused looks I get from other trout fishermen when my crazy method is catching and their crawlers and power cheese are going untouched.
