Default Pan seared sesame tuna

Place 4-5 1/2lb steaks in a zip lock bag.

In a seperate bowl
add: 3/4 cup of soy or terriaki sauce and 3 tablespoons of Honey. Whisk together for 1 minute and add to your zip lock. Marinate for 1 1/2 hours.

Take a serving dish, cover the bottom woth a layer of sesame seeds, press the steaks (one at a time) into the seeds until they are covered. Do this to each steak on both sides.

In a wide skillet-frying pan tak 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat until it is starting to smoke. Place the steaks in for 3-4 minutes until the seeds are toasted golden brown. When the seeds reach the color you like the tuna is done.

Serve with 2 large bottles of chardonnay or a case of beer.
Cheers!
