three cans of crab meat, one green or red pepper, one onion, some old bay, bread crums and a little mayo to bind, some salt and pepper to taste. combine in a bowl and set aside.

four fluke fillets, pounded so they are even, pound under plastic wrap so u don't damage the meat. spread the stuffing over the fillets evenly and roll up, seam side down, set aside

in a sauce pan, combine one cup white wine, and one cup heavy cream, bring to a slow boil. slowly add one bag of shredded cheddar cheese ( 8 ounces).

spread one family size bag of cooked 10 minute rice (white or brown, i used brown) in a baking pan, put stuffed fillets (seam side down) on the bed of rice. evenly pour the cheese sauce over the fillets and rice. bake at 350 until done. 25-30 minutes.

delicious!!!!!!!
