Just got back from 2 weeks in maine with cool weather and lots of hungry bass and crappie, didn't see any posting for lake hopatcong and was wondering if the stripers and walleyes were still biting?

the night bite is dead, there are still some fish but real slow as the herring spawn is over.bait is the thing early morning or late afternoon.alot of stripers in byram cove,we had 23 up to 6-1/2 lbs sat and sun.some really nice fish around also as alot of 7-9 lb fish were caught.20-25ft of water,8-12 ft down.
