![]() Heard about these on the food network so figured I'd give it a go. Buy heads on shrimp at asian market. Take off heads and salt and pepper liberally. Dredge in cornstarch and shake off excess in collander. Deep fry around 370 degrees 40- 50 seconds. Drain on paper towels(if you put newspaper under a few towels it saves you money). Ate them with tabasco and lemon and also tried soy sauce and sesame oil. Pretty darn good. Probably be good with a spicy tomato sauce or tarter sauce.
