Hello! I have never ice fished Lake Musconetcong before and was curious if anyone had any intel on ice fishing for tiger musky there. I have hooked one and seen some caught near the dam in open water, but I know in the winter the fish move. Can anyone provide any intel on maybe where to set up for them? Or where you might have caught one ice fishing ?

Not really sure how you target one fish from another while ice fishing.

Using heavier leader, bigger hooks, larger baits. I know basically how to, just looking for any intel on this lake.

i caught one jigging back by the park in the back where the river comes in i was using a ripin rap and got a 16" one.. that lake is shallow for the most part. it is hard to get one in any lake in jersey, but the state stocked that lake to control the sunnie population in there. i was fishing in the middle of the back side of the lake when i got one i was not trying for one i was jigging for perch.
