PROWLER 5 OCEAN FLUKE REPORT - FRIDAY AUGUST 8TH

Hey gang after not being able to get out into the ocean the last couple of days with the rough seas, it felt great to be back on the ocean today! It layed down real nice, and it was nice to see the fish were hungry. We had good life non stop action with the short fluke and big blue knuckle heads around the boat today, one measured 20 inches!!! We did pretty good with the keepers also, multiple limits with regular Ben being high hook on keeper fluke with 4 (ORL), and won the pool ontop of it! Congrats to Ben again. Jordi also had his limit, with quite a few doubles and lots of singles. Everybody went home with meat today which is always a good thing. It really was a nice day to be out on the ocean with the easterly breeze, perfect weather day. Can’t wait to get out there tomorrow so let’s go fishing!! Don’t forget about our Marathon Mondays 7AM-3:30/4PM. Sailing everyday 7:30AM-2:30PM and the fare is $90, we supply spearing as bait and free ice for your catch.
