PROWLER 5 7AM-4PM MONDAY MARATHON OCEAN REPORT - MONDAY, AUGUST 4TH 2025

[Prowler 5]

Hey gang we set sail with a nice crowd of Prowler customers in the high 20’s. We heard there was a little bit of a heave in the ocean before we sailed, and on top of that we didn't get much of a drift at all today, it seemed like .3, .4 most of the day. We moved around a lot and worked hard to put keepers in the boat. We had limits and we ended the day with 28 keeper fluke and some really nice blue heads in the mix, with quite a few shorts. Peter won the big marathon pool with a solid 5lb fish. Sailing everyday 7:30AM-2:30PM and the fare is $90. Our next Monday Marathon will be August 11th! (fare for the marathon trips is $120) We supply spearing as bait and free ice for your catch!
