PROWLER 5 FLUKE REPORT SUNDAY JUNE 15TH, 2025.
Hey Gang, First and foremost Happy Father's Day and let's not forget about the moms filling the role too. It was another morning of tough conditions and a lot of searching with very little reward. When the tide finally swung we setup on a drift where we landed a few fish yesterday and it was game on! Several limits and a few just shy were landed on the first drift along with some pretty solid short life and a keeper weakfish. Nick Raymond from Fairfield NJ landed the pool fish coming in at 3.9lbs. When it was time to blow 3 the fares ended up with 22 quality keeper fluke and some short action to keep the rods bent. See you in the AM, Capt. Jack. |

I was out on sea tow job running from Highlands to Raritan River then to Keyport and back starting at 1PM.
The Bay was an absolute ghost town. Like ZERO boats out there mid June. Limited vis (3 miles), low 60's , bunched-up east-to-west chop and in shore easterly winds. Not awful conditions. But not ideal either. Congrats a nice sized weakie too. Good job hanging in there Captain!
