Inflatable kayak/boat ?

Any inflatable kayak or small boat suited for fishing that won't break the bank ? Due to storage constraints, I'm looking into an inflatable possibly.

I saw a two man inflatable with oars and air pump on sale at Aldi’s for $5 a few years ago.

I was looking at this one for the North and South Branch.

They are well made and durable for an inflatable. I had one and sold it about a year ago, only used it on a trip to Adak.
