I thought that the refill would be from pumping from the South Branch only. Now I see from a website I can no longer find water is flowing from Spruce Run to RVR directly. It’s more of a trickle than a flood but it’s flowing.
Any other info on this out there ?

Last I heard pumping has stopped costing to much money to keep the pumps running. That was a while ago and the south branch was pretty low at the time. Not sure if it’s the same deal now.

Water was being pumped in @ south tower yesterday
